Upload a HEDIS, RADV, risk adjustment, or audit request list. Requestors track one batch ID; internally each chart becomes its own Night Shift request.

Before uploading: Please confirm all pages are clear, upright, complete, and legible. Blurry, cut-off, sideways, handwritten, or low-quality scans may cause OCR to miss chart requests. Bulk uploads over 300 chart requests or 300 pages require NovaCore internal managed processing.
3. Confirm Extracted Rows
Each row below will become one internal child request. The requestor will only receive the parent bulk tracking ID.
